Finally back...

I'm finally back to the world of blogging. I've been pretty busy the last few months that I haven't even been on to check any of my blogs recently. So there's lots to catch you up on...

First, the wedding went great! It was perfect weather and a perfect day with no major hitches! The only bad part was that it went wayy too fast!

The next big thing is that Chuck and I are having a baby! It was sooner than we expected but we are definately very excited! We got to hear the heart beat yesterday and that was awesome!

After the wedding my mom found out she has breast cancer so she has to have surgery and go through chemo. She's doing really well though. Staying very positive!!!

Work has been super busy since I've been back from Indiana. People don't think about giong to the doctor until the end of the year to meet their deductibles which makes every day full and insane!

So there's a quick overview of the last few months. I'll update more later!

weddings....

I finally reached that point where things are starting to stress me out with the wedding. It's more worrying about everything getting done and turning out well. So this morning I decided to stop worrying about it all. I'm not going to worry about whether or not the groomsmen get fitted for their tuxes, or if everyone gets rooms reserved, or if it rains during the wedding, or if my dj will ever call me back, or if an old friend is mad at me or not for reasons i'm unsure of, or if we will have enough food, or if Timmy will pick a good song (just kidding...:), etc. Instead, I'm going to try and just be excited for all of it!

1 Year Folks

As of today I have offcially lived in North Dakota for 1 year. I have to admit I like it much better than I thought I would......other than being away from family and friends. Oh, and I could have also done without the horrible winter!

Sorry I haven't blogged in awhile. I'll try to do better! I just got back from Indiana a few days ago. It was a successful trip. We picked out a wedding cake, bought my dress, picked out bridesmaid dresses, bought misc things, and picked out invitations. If we did more things that I'm forgetting it's because my brain went on wedding overload. I feel good though because we are still 5 months away and have got most things done already!

Not much else is new. Been very busy at work but loving it.

Best Bowler In the world...

Ok, so that's a lie but last night at bowling guess who rolled a 214? Yup, it was me! I bowled over 100 over my average. I get awards and stuff at the end of the season! How exciting is that??!!!! It will most likely never happen again but I was on a roll.....6 strikes in one game.

Not much else new is going on. Still getting wedding things together. We are working on picking pictures for the video right now. It's harder than I thought when you have to narrow it down to only 30-40.

3 weeks until my Indiana trip! Getting pretty excited!...:)

The Bachelor

OK, I have to vent. I don't know if anyone else has been watching the Bachelor for the last six weeks, but I have. Every monday night I have been glued to my tv to see who Jason was going to pick. I had a favorite from the first night and guess what???...he picked her! But, then broke up with her to declare his love for the girl that was the runner up. ugh!! To make matters worse, he breaks up with girl number 1 on television. I can respect that he didnt' want to lead her on but seriously, on television?! I guess it's pretty stupid to think these people will actually stay together after "dating" for six weeks but it's addicting...haha I even made Chuck watch it with me and he was impressed with girl #1's composure during the dumping. I actually feel kinda bad for him...I make him watch too many girl shows..haha I made him go see "He's Just Not That In To You" this weekend....he was not impressed..hahaha I give him major props for being a good sport!!...:)

New Job..

I got offered a new job at work last week and decided to take it. I'll be working for one doctor instead of 4 at once. It's more hours and more work but also more money, which is nice when you are trying to pay for a wedding!

Speaking of the wedding, I think I found my dress. As long as I like it as much the second time I try it on as I did the first.
